Kara has experienced a transformed life through spiritual direction and is passionate about bringing God’s love, freedom, and tenderness to others through individual and small group spiritual direction sessions. Kara finds it a privilege to listen with others as they engage with the trinity and has a special place in her heart for women in ministry, young parents, church leaders, and those facing infertility.

Kara completed her Spiritual Direction training through Sustainable Faith in 2026 and is open to meeting one-on-one, in small group settings, or virtually. Kara is a teacher, wife, and mother of three who enjoys taking walks, playing tennis, swimming, and hosting family and friends in her home.
